This is a short page because this site collects very little.

What is collected, and only if you fill in the gift form

• Whether the gift is for you or for someone else.
• The recipient’s first name, if you said the gift is for someone else. If the gift is for you, this field is not shown and nothing is stored in it.
• The team you follow.
• The player you named.
• Your IP address and browser user agent, recorded with the entry.

No name of yours, no email address and no payment detail is asked for on this site. If you do not fill in the form, nothing above is stored.

Why

The four answers exist so the gift can be made for the right person and the right club. The IP address and user agent exist to rate limit the form, so it cannot be used to send thousands of entries.

How long it is kept

Form entries are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Ask sooner and they are deleted sooner.

Cookies

One cookie is set, named pv_s. It records that you arrived from a link we sent and which edition you were looking at, so the page does not ask you again if you reload it. It expires after thirty days, it holds no name, no email address and no payment detail, and it is not used for advertising. No analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising script runs on this site.

The payment

The purchase itself happens on a separate storefront, not here. That storefront collects your email address and processes the payment under its own privacy policy, and it is the only party that receives your payment details. Nothing about your payment reaches this site.

Sharing

The form entries are not sold, not rented and not shared. They are read by the person who makes the gift and by nobody else.

Asking for a copy or a deletion

Write to support@gamenotes.online and say which team and player you entered, so the entry can be found. A copy or a deletion is done within thirty days.
